They charged an delivery surcharge at checkout that was not shown on the basket page. Support has not replied to a single message in a month. The cast iron casserole dish has an electrical fault; it trips the kitchen circuit every third or fourth use. Would not recommend.

good product, slow courier
the glass kettle is lovely to look at and boils quickly, with a blue light that I enjoy more than I should. The reason for four stars and not five is the delivery. I was told a Wednesday morning slot, nobody came,, and I got a card saying they had tried. I rang the shop, they were apologetic and rebooked for Friday without any argument. The kettle was well wrapped when it finally arrived. It descales easily and the lid is solid. If the delivery had been smoother I would have given five.

a little disappointed with the lid
Pasta pot is thick and the base heats evenly. The glass lid has a vent hole that spits a bit when boiling over. Not a deal beeaker for me.
