slightly smaller than expected

i am happy with it, but the harness has no handle on the back and I had assumed it would. No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise.

Vis manquante

The shampoo cleans, smell is lvoely, but my dog has dry skin and it made her itchier. Maybe a different dog would be fine. I'd try the sensitive version.

I like it, though the waterproof layer makes a crinkling noise that unsettles a nervous dog. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. The water fountain is fine, but the specification changed slightly BETWEEN my first and THIRD order. Good, not grate.
