O casaco é bonito, mas o foro é fino. No outono serve, no inverno fica frio.

United StatesThe padded harness is excelent but the cover…
The padded harness is excellent but the cover is a very tight fit and getting it back on is a two-person job. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it. The cat scratching post is good and the instructions for assembly are diagrams only. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appearec.

United StatesThe slow feeder has stopped the gulping…
The slow feeder has stopped the gulping entirely and the bloating that came with it. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.

MalaysiaLovely quality
Leather collar, smells of real leather, stitching is neat. My lab's neck is wide and it still has room.

Het product is goed, maar de levering duurde tien dagen in plaats van de aangekondigde drie.

Sorry the dispatch email did not arrive. It was going to spam for some providers and that is now fixed. Thanks again, Tom

Hey Maren, I am sorry the unit failed so quickly. It was a bad batch of cells and we knew about it; you should have been contacted. You have not been charged and a replacement is on its way. — Rajiv, Technical Support Maya
