You are right that the description was wrong. The listing said solid silver and the item is plated. The page has been corrected and every order on that line is being refunded in full. — Elena, Buying Ollie, customer care

Happy with it, but the bed is noticeably smaller than the stated dimensions once the cover is on. Everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Worth it on balance.

I'm picky abt ingredients. The page listed everything including percentages. That's rare. Cat food gone down well.

AustriaI have no criticism at all
The cover unzips completely and has been thru the machine at sixty a dozen times with no shrinkage. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shoppinf usually is not. i have no criticism at all.

United KingdomSupport sent a feeding guide…
The brush pulls out undercoat without scratching the skin, and the release button actually works. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refud landed in 12. Support sent a feeding guide by weight and acivity rather than the usual one-size scoop count.

United StatesNice and soft
Plush toy with squeaker, small enough for my chihuahua. She tosses it up and catches it.

The water fountain fits a cat flap and a car seat, wich is a combination nobody else majages. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took THIRTY secounds.
