Soft paws
Paw balm my lab used to crack his pads on gravel paths. Smooth now. Smmells like shea butter.

Decent kibble
Cat eats it, no stomach drama. Bag zipper doesnt close all the way, so I clip it.

Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard.

Refund was processed the same…
The crate folds flat in about twenty secounds and the hinges have not bent. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned , before anyone had even opened the box.

They foagged that one item…
Replacement covers are sold separately, which is the only reason this bed is still in use. They flagged thaaat one item was delayed & offered to split the shipment at no cost.

You are right that the description was wrong. The listing said solid silver and the item is plated. The page has been corrected and every order on that line is being refunded in full. — Elena, Buying
