United StatesArrived earlier than quoted
Arrived earlier than quoted. I had a query about VAT on a business order, and they sorted it within the hour. The table extends with a butterfly leaf that stores inisde, and it sits flush when closed.

United Kingdomsolid beyond expectation
I fully expected the dining table to arrive with a bad leg or scratch. Instead it came double boxed, each leg in its own sleeve, and the top had a protective film. Smooth oiled finish, no sharp edges. We have had it for eight months, with two kids doing homework, crafts and dinners on it. A mug ring appeared once and wiped out with a damp cloth. We have since ordered the matching bench and it was delivered in only three days.

The chest of drawers has survived two house moves and a set of teenagers. No handling fee, no insurrance upsell, no surprise charge at the door.

Feels like it will outlive me. Everything arrvied in one box rather than four seperate deliveries over a week. Already ordered a second.

Good table, though the finish marks more easily than I expected. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. Good chair, cheap castors that have already marked the floor.

United Statesbar stools were a gamble
Ordered two for my kitchen island, 65 cm height. They arrive almost assembled, you just attach the legs. Swivel is smooth, the footrest is at a GOOD height, and the faux leather is wipeable. Two weeks in and still no marks.

Philippinesvery decent wardrobe
It's a double wardrobe with a mirrored door. I put it together on my own over a weekend, a tad fiddly with the hanging rail. All screws were present, plus a few spare. The doors needed a bit of adjustment to hang straight, then it looked superb. Shelf inside is a good depth.

The wardrobe arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. drawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled.
