NetherlandsI had to return the first stool because it was an inch too low for my counter. The staff arranged collection, refunded quickly and told me which taller model to try. The second was spot on. It's rare to find that level of care.
Thanks Niels! Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Warmly, Nina
GreeceTwo screws for the headboard were absent from the bag. I messaged and they sent them with a handwritten note after a week. The headboard looks nice, the whole thing took too long to sort out.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. - Priya (support)
Hi Pieter - I am sorry your ticket was closed while you were waiting. An automation closed anything quiet for five days, which was a bad rule. It is switched off and I am dealing with your case personally. — Owen, Support Lead - Callum (support)
ItalyAsciugamani spessi che assorbono bene. Dopo tre lavaggi non perdono pelucchi.
GermanyPlain and simple, the bed are super. King size, solid pine, headboard with slats. The delivery crew phoned HALF an hour ahead wich let me nip back from work. Put it together with my partner in under ninety minutes and we slept on it that night.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Kind regards, Nina
Irelandmaybe my fault for not checking the numbers, but the 100 cm desk felt tiny next to my monitor. Build quailty is excellent & it does the job for laptop work. if you need space for two screens, get the bigger one.
BelgiumHinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three planes, so the doors line up perfectly. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
United KingdomThe armchair is lovely in the corner but sitting in it for more than half an hour hurts my lower back. The foam is firm, almost hard. Probably fine as an occasional seat. Delivery was friendly and quick.
