right product, wrong size guide

The loose-leaf tea are good quality and the minimum order for free delivery is high enough that I buy more than I need. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed. Flavour is good and the salt caked in the humid weather because the tub is not airtight.

Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. - the team

Can't fault it

They refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Can't fault it.

Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. Nina, customer care
