I ordered the balsamic vinegar as a gift and they wrote the message card by hand and included a tasting sheet. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Keep doing what you are doing.

Fresh pasta had a lovely texture. The sauce, however, was so heavy on garlic that my partner refused to share a kitchen with me for the evening. Check the ingredients.

The whole order arrived within 9 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. i was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The harvest year and the mill are both on the label, and the peppery finish is exactly as promised. delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. i will be back.

The dark chocolate bar has a best-before eleven months away and they state the batch and the packing date. Will order again.

The preserved lemon jar is lovely but the bag is only two hundred and fifty grams and the postage makes a small order poor value. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. I would reorder, but the subscription cannot be paused and only cancelled. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note.
