I chose the replacement which took twelve days. The desk works the process was slow. Customer service was courteous, I will say.

MalaysiaTook delievery of a double bed that arrived w/ a split slat and a cracked side rail - i rang on the day and was told to email. I emailed photos within the hour. Nothing for a week. eventually a note arrived stating that damage claims have to be made within 24 hours, which I had done. No resolution, no apology, still sleeping on the floor mattress and waiting for a refund that I have started to doubt will ever come.

The oak dining table was listed with a ten-year guarantee and the paperwork in the box says two. The item arrived broken, I sent photographs as instructed, and then nothing for five weeks. Happy to update this if it is fixed.
