South AfricaThe extending dining set arrived w/ every dowel cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage which has never happened before.
United KingdomThe TV stand is perfectly usable. Veneer on the edge started to lift near the corner after two months. I USED some contact glue and pressed it flat. It is cheap furniture and behaves like it. If you accept that, its alright.
Hi Megan, Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Priya and the team
IrelandColour paler than the photo on screen. It is fine as a bedside table but I had hoped for a richer tone. Packaging was good.
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Regards, Sophie
GermanyFeels llike it will outlive me.
CanadaNo complaints about quality, although two cam locks were missing and I had to source them locally, I had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. I would check the siziiing first.
Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. Hannah and the team
BrazilThey gave me the actual lead time, eleven weeks, up front, and delivered in teeeen. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Genuinely pleased
FranceThe bookcase arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. This is how it should be done.
Appreciate the detail in this review, it genuinely helps other buyers decide. Kind regards, Rosie
SwitzerlandThe sprung mattress came assembled apart from the legs, which screwed in by hand. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Faultless.
Hi Dario, Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team.
NetherlandsVerse koekjes, alleen een paar gebroken in de doos.. Smaak is fantastisch.
FranceHappy with it but the lead time slipped from eight weeks to 12 with one apologetic email. No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise. still pleased overall.
