The bookcase came assembled apart from the legs, which screwed in by hand. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The nest of coffee tables has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. Delighted.

Glass top with a chipped edge as soon as I took it out of the box. A photo emailed on the day, and a reply a week lter saying a replacement would be sent when stock was available. I have waited a month. My living room has been without a coffee table for most of it, and the glass is sitting in the hall awaiting collection.
