The sprung mattress has survived two house moves & a set of teenagers. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.

United StatesShall be a regular
The delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging away and did not leave a mark on the hall. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I have sat in the extending dining set eight hours a day for two years and my lower back has stopped complaining. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Shall be a regular.

United StatesKeep doing what you are doing
I measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the extending dining set is ninety-three, exactly as stated. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. Keep doing what you are doing.

The finish is lovely and shows dust immediately.

Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere. Jess from the shop team

United Statesdecent, pricey postage
The mattress is comfortable and much heavier than two people can easily turn. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. The wardrobe is comfortable; the seat, however, is firmer than the showroom version I tried. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. I like it, but the drawers have no stops and pull all the way out if you are careless. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page.

ItalyThe sideboard took forty minutes…
I ordered the wardrobe w/ a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The sideboard took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try.

no creaks I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. cushion covers unzip and have been washed twice with no shrinkage or colour loss.

NorwayThe dispatch note listed everything…
The wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
