United StatesI asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons. I needed to change the delivery ADDRESS an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Nothing but good things to say.
Canadaplanenr pages are well laid out, but the cover smells strongly of chemicals. Aired it for days.
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. - Maya
United KingdomGood paper, visible glue. Support answered at eleven at night, which is impressive, with an answer that was not quite right. No complaints about quality, although the dot grid is printed noticeably darker than the sample.
MalaysiaThe mechanical pencil has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saaaved me a trip to a depot.
United KingdomThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.
PhilippinesOrdered a planner and a pack of tabs. Planner is geat. Tabs are slightly curly . Everything else was in order and delivery fast
United Statesthe fountain pen takes a wet fountain pen with no bleed through and no feathering, wich is the only thing I care about. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, whcih is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. A rare good experience.
United KingdomNotebook paper is lovely, took nine days to arrive though.
IndiaThe reference boook i bought is very informative but the font is smaller than i'd like for older eyes. Otherwise a good copy.
CanadaSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3.
