sketchbook is lovely and the paper's grate. i'd like it to be a little cheaper for the page count!!!!
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. - Sophie (support)
I use these dot-grid pads for planning my garden. Ruler lines are perfectly even. Feels like a small luxury every time I pull a new sheet.
They state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Will order again.
The ink is waterproof once dry,, which I tested with a wet thumb on purpose. Ordered at half past eleven at night & it was on the doorstep befre lunch the next day. The A5 planmer is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag.
The ink bottle arrived within 8, bagged against damp, in an box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
The ink bottle is the only journal i have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear They sent a replacement before i had posted the faulty one back, on trust.
Great communication and quick dispatch.
Hardback journal with a satin ribbon. Smaller than it looked in the photos.
I've been hunting a particular shade of green ink for months. They had it, in a glass bottle with a proper dropper, and it flows beautifully. The sample sheeet that came with it was a lovely addition. I'll be back for the notebooks next.
