Ordered a book for a class and it arrived after the first lesson. Fine condition, tardy !
Hardback arrived with a tiny dent on one corner, but otherwsie lovely. Not worth the fuss.
im easily overwhelmed so I wanted something that gave structure without nagging. The monthly spreads are open and calm, with room for short lists, and the weekly pages are lined by hour. I've kept it going since January, which is a record for me. Binding hasn't loosened.
I ordered a box of thank-you cards, matching envelopes and a pack of stickers for a wedding. Everything arrived in a sturdy flat box, undamaged, and the printed messages inside the cards are charming without being cheesy. My sister cried reading hers. Would use again for any occasion.
The dot grid journal has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use, The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I have refilled the A5 planner for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver.
The pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset & no lining to come loose. Customer servce rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. Already ordered a secound.
Paper's thinner than the description suggested, so ink shows through on the other side. Fine for pencil. not great with my fountain pen.
the ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to spllit the shipment at no cost.
Plastic wrap, bubble wrap, a box inside a box. The paperback was safe, I'll say that. A bit wasteful though.
The glue binding gave way at chapter three. For a hardback I expetced it to last longer than a week.
I am sorry. The engraving was spelled wrong because we work from a typed field and nobody proofed it. We are remaking it at no cost and a second person now checks every personalisation. — Nadia, Workshop - Callum (support)
