Hi Ava, Apologies for the damage on three separate replacements. The fault is our packing, not the courier, and we have redesigned the insert. Yours is refunded in full and I would rather you bought it elsewhere than have a fourth bad experience. — Tom, Operations

Nice pencil, heavy. Postage was free but the delivery took well over a week on the slow service. I am happy with it, but the refills are proprietary and only sold by them.

Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere. Kind regards, Anna

FranceNothing but good things to say
Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. I asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Nothing but good things to say.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. Regards, Amira

The dot grid journal has a RIBBON marker, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.

Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. Warmly, Maya
