We were invoiced for a tier we had never agreed to and it took 3 to correct. The training session lost three months of historical data in a migration and there was no backup. The support desk regularly shows different numbers in two places in the same interface. An expensive year to write off.

The renewal price was forty per cent higher with two weeks' notice. There is no way to export our own data, which makes leaving them expensive by design.

nothing about it worked as shown in the demo. The funnel builder refused to save the import broke our history and when I asked for help I received links to articles I had already read. Walked away after the trial and told the whole team to forget it!!!
