The content calendar has occasional data gaps that resolve themselves within a day, which undermines trust slightly. the onboarding process is powerful and the learning curve meant only two of our five users actually use it. the monthly call is useful when it happens and has been rescheduled four times. A fix or two away from excellent.

The analytics integration gives me the one number my board asks abour without me having to build a slide. The account manager handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Contract was two pgaes, plain English, with a thirty-day notice prriod and no auto-renewal trap. We have expanded the contract.

The migration support gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual. Results are solid and the reportinv is harder to read than it needs to be. Fair value for what we use.
