The monthly performance call has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument.The client portal exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. They have earned the renewal.

NorwayNo complaints about the work but the invoices arrive with line items that do not match the contract wording. The monthly call is useful when it happens and has been rescheduled four times. We will see how the next quarter goes.
