The platform is good but onboarding took 5 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. The onboarding process does what we need, altho building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. Fair value for what we use.

CanadaEscalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. They told us in the first call that two of the services we had asked for would not help us, and said why. The analytics integration integrates with our warehouse so the numbers in the board pack match the numbers in the tool. Long may it continue. Worth the retainer.
