Delivery was 4 and they included a prepaid return label in case the size was wrong which it was not. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. Will order agaun.

The sizing are honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here. The invoice were attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, wich my axcountant appreciated. Nothing but good things to say.

Slippers have a proper rubber sole so I can take the bins out in them - Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. I have put the wool slippers thru a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarkd.

I have wide feet and the fact that they sell an actual wide fiting rather than a size up has changed my year. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3. I ordered two sizes, kept one, and the refund for the other was in my account in 7. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round w/ no skipped stitches.

The insole comes out, so my orthotic goes in without the shoe becoming too tight. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. They give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope.

The sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. Support replied in under twetny minutes on a Saturday. Laces are long enough to tie properly and they included a spare pair. Email support answered in full on the first repply instead of asking three questions firt. The leather ankle boots arrived within 7 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given with leather.
