DenmarkPakken tog over to uger, og jeg måtte rykke flree gange. Varen er fin, men oplevelsen var dårlig.
Apologies for the cancelled delivery. The slot was double-booked by our haulier and nobody told you. We have refunded the delivery charge and rebooked for Saturday with a named driver. — Hannah, Logistics - the team
United KingdomThe court shoes have done two winters of a London commute and the sollles have barely worn at the heel. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. I have put the leather ankle boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering, and they did it without a fuss. Five stars without hesitation.
United StatesGood trainers, thin insole that I replaced in a month. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. The waterproof boots are excelent but they needed a fortnight of breaking in before they stopped nipping the heel. I had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. Lovely leather and the lining is synthetic at the heel, which I had not expected.
Francelaces are long enough to tie properly, and they included a spae pair. everything arrived in one box rahter than four separate deliveries over a week.
AustraliaI have put the suede desert boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The wool slippers do not slip on wet tile, which the listing claimed and I tested nervously on a statiooon floor. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. The court shoes are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe!
Singaporethey give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down an flight of stairs. Faultless.
FranceThe sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. Nothing rattled in transit becuase everything was individually wrpaped rather than thrown in loose. A keeepr .
South AfricaThe running trainers have done two winters of a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The chunky-soled boots have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Exactly what I hoped for.
NorwayI have put the running trainers through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Bought one for my sister too.
United KingdomThe heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead off letting it slide. I returned one of two siiiizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The suede desert boots are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Regards, Ellie
