DenmarkReturns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 14. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The stitching on the waterproof parka is dense and even, with proper French seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Better than I expected.

The silk scarf came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, wich is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.

NetherlandsThe clolar on the tailored blazer holds its shape AFTER washing becuase there is a proper fused interlining in there. nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose.
BelgiumGood, honest clothing, but the returns window is fourteen days, which is tight if you order ahead of a trip. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. I would give five stars if the inside label did not itch so much that I cut it out on day one.
Brazilno stiff finish on the fabric so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before luunch the next day. very happy custmer
