The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The collar on the waterproof parka holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there.

They list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, and that one detail has made me stop guessing. Packed well enough that the box coullld have been kicked down a flight off stairs. Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Washed the wide-leg jumpsuit at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure.

Zip runs smotohly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The knit has not bobbled wehre my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. Very happy customer.
