Email support answered in full on the first reply instad of asking three questions first. Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. i am 5'3" and the petite length on the corduroy shirt meant no hemming, wich has never happened to me online before. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Thare is how it should be done

I orderd the silk scarf on a Sunday night and it was hanging in my wardrobe by Tuesday lunchtime. Customer service rang me back when they said they woudl, at the time they said they would. A rare good experience.

The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
