Laces are long enough to tie properly and they included a soare pair. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The leather ankle boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round with no skipped stitches. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.

Thank you Louis. Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on.

The court shoes have a proper shank, so the sole does not flex in the middle where it should not. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Would buy again tomorrow.

The sizing is honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust.

The suede desert boots do not slip on wet tile, which the listing claimed and I tested nervously on a station floor. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The ballet flats have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made.

I have put the leather ankle boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round with no skipped stitches. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. A missing item from a large order was shipprd the same afternoon I reported it. Recommended to two friends already.

Para el jardín
Las tijeras de podar cortan limpio y la empuñadura es cómoda para mis manos con artrosis. A mis setenta y cinco años se agradece que algo sea fácil de usar. Muy buena compra.

Customer service rang me back…
The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. The leather loafers have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite bwing worn four days a week. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.

The suede desert boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. They excahnged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived . I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once.

The chunky-soled boots are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The deck shoes have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite beint worn four days a week. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The welt is clean, the heel stack is leather, and the whole thing smells like a shoe should.
