United StatesA keeper
Laces are long enough to tie properly and they included a spare pair. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. A keeper.

The court shoes are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The leather brogues arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect.

La base cubre bien sin quedar pesada y aguanta todo el día. Mi tono estaba disponible y coincide con la foto.

United KingdomWould buy again tomorrow
I ordered two sizes, kept one, & the refund for the other was in my account in 4. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Would buy again tommorow.

The waterproof botos have not creased at the toe or lost there shape despite being worn four days a week. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The sizing is honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here. Five stars without hesitation.

United KingdomPleased I took the chace
Slippers have a proper rubber sole so I can take the bins out in them. No handling fee no insurance upsell no surprise charge at the door. The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. Pleased I took the chance.

They exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.
