The wool slippers have done two WINTERS of a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

CanadaThe suede desert boots are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe. They told me honestly that the item woudl not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope.

BrazilThe sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. The item arrvied a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Suede has survived three showers with nothing but a brush, because it was properly treated. i asked a slightly stupid QUESTION and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste.
