Le canapé est ferme mais accueillant, et le tissu a l'air résistant. Délai annoncé respecté à la journée près. La couleur est un peu différente de la photo, mais j'aime quand même. Seul petit bémol, l'étiquette de prix était restée collée. Petit défaut : une couture un peu lâche, rien de grave. Le retour a été simple, remboursé en cinq jours.Parfait pour moi, je recommande.

The deck shoes kept my feet dry through a day of wet grass with no gaiter. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I have wide feet and the fact that they sell an actual wide fitting rather than a size up has changed my year. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. They exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived.

The ballet flats arrived within 3 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given with leather. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The running trainers have done two winters off a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Exactly as described tbh

The welt is clean, the heel stack is leather, and the whole thing smells like a shoe should. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The canvas trainers come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering.

I have put the leather loafers through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices so checking the order took thirty seconds. The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The waterproof boots have not creased at the toe or lost thier shape despite being worn four days a week. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Highly recommended.
