Indiathe wool slippers kept my feet dry through a day of wet grass with no gaiter. No plastic anywhere in the paaarcel, which I had asked about before ordering. They exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
New ZealandThe insole comes out, so my orthotic goes in without the shoe becoming too tight. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The sizing is honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. - Anna (support)
United StatesThe leather loafers come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Ollie from the shop team
TürkiyeThe suede desert boots have a proper shank, so the sole does not flex in the middle where it should not. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Ellie
NorwayI have put the ballet flats through a building site for a year & the toe cap is unmarked. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The court shoes have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. Exactly as described.

SpainBuen producto, precio justo y envío rápido... No tengo nada que objetar.
NetherlandsThe lining is leather rather than a synthetic that makes your feet sweat. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Delivery was 10 and they included a prepaid return label in case the size was wrong, which it was not. A keeper.
South AfricaThe sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side... the driver waited while i checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. delighted.
United Arab EmiratesGood boots, though they run a half size samll across the forefoot. returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles awaaay. decent, with reservations.
Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered. - Karl
New ZealandThe heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. They give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on.Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. - Rosie (support)
