The work boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The ballet flats have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. I have put the ballet flats through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. Delivery took 10, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before.

The sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The canvas trainers come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little. Keep doing what you are doing.

I ordered two sizes, kept one, and the refund for the other was in my account in 14 A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The work boots have a proper shank, so the sole does not flex in the middle where it should not. They emialed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it.

The ballet falts are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it wihtin the hour.The deck shoes are welted rather than cemented,, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe.

Laces are long enough to tie properly and they included a spare pair. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order AHEAD of a birthday.

Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The wool slippers come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week.
