IrelandThe client portal does the job and the alerting is noisy enough that people have started ignoring it. The billing portal works well for our main market and the data for our smaller markets is noticeably thinner. Fair value for what we use.
SwitzerlandThe training session has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Fair pricing, although the annual upllift was applied without an email in advance. The analytics integration is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. The API works but it is rate limited tightly and the documentation is thin on pagination.
BrazilThe implementation consultant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. Our cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show which changes drove it.

GermanyStrategy was sound, execution slightly behind schedule by about 3 each month The integration took our developers 8 because two of the documented fields had been renamed. We get value from it, but we only use about a third of what we pay for. The onboarding process is a real improvement on what we had, with a reporting delay of about forty-eight hours. Good, with room to improve.

Support is knowledgeable and only available in one time zone, wich huuurts our US team. Good partner overall, though the first two months were slower than we expected. Happy, not evangelical.
