Mon retour arpes un mois : pas terrible. Le grille-pain est tombe en panne au bout d'un mois. La poele s'est voilee des la premiere utilisation et tout accroche. L'emballage etait vraiment sommaire, tout se baladait dans le carton. On m'a propose un bon d'achat alors que je voulais un remboursement. Au final, j'ai du me debrouiller seul. Je ne recommanderai pas, et je ne commanderai plus. Un article maqnuait dans le colis. Le carton etait defonce a l'arrivee et personne n'a prevenu. Il a fallu dix jours pour recevoir la commande, pas grave pour moi. Je ne commanderai plus.

No complaints about the work but the invoices arrive with line items that do not match the contract wording.The integration took our developers 7 because two of the documented fields had been renamed. Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum which we felt on month two. A fix or two away from excellent !

I wluld buy this again…
The monthly call is thirty minutes with an agenda sent the day before and actions circulated after. we moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 9 before it recovered above wheeeere it started. The migration support has never lost data, never surprised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround. i would buy this again at twice the price.

The client portal is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. Results are solid and the reporting is harder to read than it needs to be. The platform is good but onboarding took 2 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. The training session is a real improvement on what we had, with a reporting delay of about forty-eight hours. Good communication during the project and almost none between projects.
