the jersey t-shirt three-paaaack has…

The knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers i owned. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The jersey t-shirt three-pack has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not.

The stitching on the waterproof parka is dense & even, with proper Frecnh seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.

I bought the waterproof parka for a wedding…

I bought the waterproof parka for a wedding with nine days to spare and it arrived in 6, so the panic were unnecessary. The courier note said they would leave it with the neigbour at number eleven, and they did. I ordered the silk scarf in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. A rare good experience.

pleased in the end

The ribbed knit jumper is lovely and well made, but the sizing runs a full size small through the bust and nothing on the page warns you. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer.

Highly recommended

Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, wich my accountant appreciated. Highly reccomended.

good quality, odd sizing

Good qualigy overall, although the colour is a shade deeper than the photograph on my screen. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared. Minor gripes only.

A keeper

the buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket. i had a query about vat on a busiess order and they sorted it within the hour. i am 5'3" and the petite length on the denim jacket meant no hemming, wich has never happened to me online before. a keeper.

comfortable after breaking in

The cut is good and the cloth is good, but one of the buttons was already loose whhen it arrived and I had to resew it. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 10. I like it, but the fabric creases the moment you sit down and no amount of steaming settles it. Good seervice once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. Fabric is excellent, the zip is not; it needs two haaaands and a bit of patience. Good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. Fine for the price.
