FrancePleased overall but the garment smelled strongly of the factory finish and needed two washes before I would wear it out. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I ordered and they would not adjust it.
Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. - Mark

The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. I bought the corduroy shirt for a wedding with nine days to spare and it arrived in 10, so the panic was unnecessary. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest comlpiment I can pay. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 6. Would buy again tomorrow.

United StatesFit is spot on, although the inside seams are overlocked rather than finished and you can feel them against the skin. the parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. the wool overcoat is well cut and the fabric is lovely, but it arrived creased in a flat mailing bag rather than folded properly. Not perfect, but good.
