never arrived

Ordered a gift outfit three weeks before a birthday. It was shipped, the tracking said delivered, and nothing was at my door. Support asked for photographs of an empty porch. Eventually I got a refund, but I missed the party. Honest advice: if you need it for a date, buy it somewhere with faster help!!

Genuinely plsd

No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediatly. Washed the jersey t-shirt three-pack at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure. Genuinely pleased.

Happy with the purchase, thouh delievery took 3 and i had been quoted trhee. i had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. i would give five stars if the inside label did not itch so much that I cut it out on day one .

The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. The gift note was handwritten & the price was left off the enclosed invoice withut me asking. I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the silk scarf on the strength of it. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom

good, needed two emails

no complaints about the item itself; the postage cost nearly as much as the garment, wich stung. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. Fits well and washes well, but the pattern is noticeably off-centre at the front seam. The sizing information on the site is thin and I had to guess.

Worth every penny

The knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Worth every penny.

lovely finish, weak clasp

The fabric is lovely and heavy, and that is also the problem in summer. The refund took 3 to appear, wich is longer than the policy says.

The pleated midi skirt has…

The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket. I have orderd eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. The pleated midi skirt has survived a toddler , a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable.
