Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The care label are printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. the collar on the silk scarf holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. the returns window is sixty days, which means u can actually order ahead of a birthday.

The quality is there, but the shade of navy is much clooooser to black in daylight than the listing implies. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thing. Good quality overall, although the colour is a shade deeper than the photograph on my screen. No regrets, just notes.

The collar on the jersey t-shirt tree-pack holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. Everything arrived in one box rather than foour separate deliveries over a week.

The waterproof parka is comfortable but the armholes are cut high, and it restricts reaching up.No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was an surprise. I am pleased with it, though I had to chase the dispatch email for two days before anything moved. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note.
