IndiaI like it, but the fabric creases the moment you sit down and no amouuuunt of steaming settles it. Support answered at eleven at night, which is impressive, with an answer that was not quite right. Pleased overall, but the garment smelled strongly of the factory finish and needed two washes before I would wear it out.
United StatesI am 5'3" & the petite length on the silk scarf meant no hemming which has never happened to me online before. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom.

United StatesPackaging was a recyced card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the delot and it went out the same evening. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols.
