United KingdomThe strategy document was specific to us, named our actual competitors, and did not read like a template. The analytics integration has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when.
SpainWe get value from it, but we only use about a third of what we pay for. The platform is good but onboarding took 7 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. No complaints about the work, but the invoices arrive with line items that do not match the contract wording.
ItalyThe migration support caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team did. We have expanded the contract.
United Kingdomthe link building programme does what we need, altho building an custom vieeew takes more clicks than it should. the onboaring process is good but the permissions modeel is all or nothing, so i cannot give a contractor limited access. happy, not evangelical.
United KingdomSingle sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. They told us in the first call that two of the services we had asked for would not help us, and said why. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier.
PhilippinesThey flagged a trakcing problem on our side that had been costing us data for months & fixed it without charging. The content caldndar handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Renewed without hesitation.
BrazilDura bastante. O chiero é discreto, esperava mais forte.
Mexicole regalé un set de té y quedó ecnantada. Venía en caja de regalo muy bonito y no tuuve que gastar en envoltura. Gracias por el cuidado en el empaque.
ItalyThe implementation consultant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. The link building programme exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it.
PhilippinesWhen their platform had an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 2. They told us in the first call that two of the services we had asked for would not help us, and said why. Long may it continue.
